Roles and responsibilities:
Procurement Operations:
Source, evaluate, and procure raw materials, consumables, and capital items based on production and project requirements.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
Vendor Development & Management:
Identify, assess, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost and quality objectives.
