Ensure smooth operations of the pilot plant and full-scale plant within set parameters. 

 Assist in running the table-top water treatment models for demonstration and training purposes. 

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of the plant. Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues within the plant. 

Support team members in the operation and troubleshooting of table-top model, and pilot plant. 

Assist in the training of new operators and customers using the table-top model  and pilot plants for educational and demonstration purposes. 

Collect and analyze water samples to ensure that treatment processes meet regulatory and quality standards. Respond to and resolve any quality-related issues promptly. 

Maintain accurate records of water quality data, operational logs, and maintenance activities. 

Adhere to all safety, health and environmental protocols and ensure compliance  with local and national regulations related to water treatment and plant operations.

Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on plant operations,  maintenance activities, and water quality.
