Sales Manager – Fine Chemicals

Primary Responsibility :

To develop markets and acquire customers for our Silver Nitrate Chemicals. 

We are looking for “fine chemicals sales manager”  for overseeing the sales of specialized, high-quality chemicals, like Silver Nitrate, often used in industries like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and electronics, by managing a sales team, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met within the fine chemicals market.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other relevant industries.  
  • Technical expertise: Understanding the technical specifications and applications of various fine chemicals to effectively address customer needs. 
  • Sales strategy development: Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration. 
  • Market analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new business opportunities within the fine chemicals market. 
  • Lead generation: Identifying potential new customers and generating sales leads. 
  • Pricing negotiation: Negotiating pricing and commercial terms with clients based on market conditions and company strategy. 
  • Sales team management: Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and team goals. 
  • Technical support: Providing technical expertise to customers regarding product applications and troubleshooting issues.  

Mandatory Requirements :

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience in selling industrial chemicals.
  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in selling fine chemicals.
  • Must have deep knowledge about Silver Nitrate.
  • Must have an active sales portfolio of INR 10 crores or more. (Minimum 5 Cr)
  • Excellent communication and industry connects.
