We are looking for “fine chemicals sales manager” for overseeing the sales of specialized, high-quality chemicals, like Silver Nitrate, often used in industries like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and electronics, by managing a sales team, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met within the fine chemicals market.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other relevant industries.
Technical expertise: Understanding the technical specifications and applications of various fine chemicals to effectively address customer needs.
Sales strategy development: Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
Market analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new business opportunities within the fine chemicals market.
Lead generation: Identifying potential new customers and generating sales leads.
Pricing negotiation: Negotiating pricing and commercial terms with clients based on market conditions and company strategy.
Sales team management: Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Technical support: Providing technical expertise to customers regarding product applications and troubleshooting issues.
Mandatory Requirements :
Must have 5+ years’ experience in selling industrial chemicals.
Must have 3+ years’ experience in selling fine chemicals.
Must have deep knowledge about Silver Nitrate.
Must have an active sales portfolio of INR 10 crores or more. (Minimum 5 Cr)
