Our proprietary and advanced processes use specialized microbial consortia tailored to your biomass and optimized for each stage of anaerobic digestion — enabling efficient digestion and energy recovery, helping you extract the maximum energy yield. Combined with our innovative Bio-Disc technology, GreethaneTM reduces microbial washout, improves digestion efficiency, lowers HRT, and enhances plant stability.

With proprietary pre-treatment, customized AD treatment with engineering innovations, and bio-gas upgradation techniques, the output is high-quality biogas (99+% purity) with superior yield.

The digestate generated in the process is treated and optimized, refining the solubilization metrics required, generating value added products such as FOM and PROM. This organic fertiliser helps improve the soil health and improve crop yields. The separated biogenic CO2 can be used for industrial purposes, and the carbon emissions mitigation can yield carbon credits — yielding multiple revenue streams.

India generates around 120 MT of rice straw annually. Its complex lignocellulosic, hydrophobic nature, low density, and high silica content limit its use as animal fodder, CBG feedstock, or otherwise — leaving many farmers with stubble burning, with no other way to clear fields before the next harvest.
